RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

1. Eligibility: Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. They should be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, we will assist you in finding the correct size or an alternative product. If the new item costs more than the original, we will request the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the balance.
5. Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was defective or the wrong product was delivered. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
